Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 16th at 11:00 AM in the Wiseman Morrtuary Chapel. Burial: Rockfish Memorial Park.
He is survived by: parents, Freddie & Jeannette Toppin; Son, Isaiah Monicure; brother, Reginald Miles; grandmother, Doris Johnson; great great grandmother, Artie Moore and a host of other relatives and friends.
There will be a viewing on Saturday, September 16th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
