Mr. Donald Carter, Sr. age 67 of 7515 Telfair Drive Fayetteville NC departed this life on August 14, 2017.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 26th at 1:00 PM in the Wiseman Mortuary Chapel. Burial Monday, August 28th at 10:00 AM in the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.
He is survived by: sons, Donald Carter, Jr. and Donald Culbreth; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
