Mr. Ector Simpson, Sr. age 86 of 408 Platinum Street Fayetteville, NC departed this life on December 24, 2017.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 3rd at 9:30 AM in the Bethel AME Zion Church, Spring Lake, NC.  Burial:  Lafayette Memorial Park, Fayetteville, NC.

He is survived by: son, Ector Simpson, Jr.; brothers, J.W. Simpson and Sammie Simpson; sisters, Sarah L. Shine, Josephine Brown, Bertha Mae Upchurch and Willa Bertha Simpson; two grandchildren an a host of other family and friends,

There will be a viewing on Tuesday, January 2nd from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM; the family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
