Eddie L. Thomas

Retired Army MSG Eddie L. Thomas, Sr. age 73 of 6117 Santa Fe Drive Fayetteville NC departed this life on September 4, 2017.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 8th at 11:00 AM in the Simon Temple AME Zion Church. Burial: Monday, September 11th at 2:00 PM in the Sandhills State Veterans Cemeter.

He is survived by: wife, Janie; sons, Eddie L. Thomas, Jr. and Anthony (Leisa) Powers; daughter, Tammy Bryant; brothers, J. C. (Carolyn) Thomas, Alfred (Lynn) Thomas and Joseph (Roberta) Thomas; sister, Louise (Richard) Hindsman; three grandchildren, Diondra and Alexandria Powers and Briana Bryant; a host of other relatives and friends.

There will be a viewing on Friday, September 8th from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the church.
