Pernell Kelly Obituary

Mr. Pernell Kelly, age 73 of 1065 Townsend Road, Raeford departed this life Saturday, March 17, 2018.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 24th at 11:00 AM in Mt. Pisgah Resource Center, Raeford NC. Burial will follow in the Mt Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery. Viewing: Friday, March 23rd 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Wiseman Mortuary. The family will receive friends at the home.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory: wife, Betty Kelly; children, Twanii Kelly Small, Benedetta Kelly, Christopher P. Kelly, Cornelius C. Kelly, and Tara D. Melvin; siblings, Bishop James Kelly, Fred Kelly and Elizabeth McNeill; 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
