We send our love, our hearts and our condolences to the Townsend family. Mona has been a part of our lives since 1984 and she is more than a family friend. She’s a sister to my Mom, a mother to Jennifer and an Aunt to me and Rachael. Even though we may not have talked much she always had a piece of our heart - forever and always.

My deepest condolences to the Townsend family,
May you find some comfort in the Gift that the Most High God has given us, yes His written word the Bible (Psalms 83:18 & 2Timothy 3:16).
I would like to share a few Scriptures that helped us to cope when our precious daughter died and recently my beloved husband of 50 years fell asleep in death: (Isaiah 25:8)swallow up death, (Isaiah 33:24)no more sickness, (John 5:28, 29)seeing loved ones again, (2Corinthians 1:3).
Yes, God can comfort us, to deal with present situations. But, He also says where we can see our loved ones again at Psalms 37:11 and how long Psalms 37:29. I hope that these few Scriptures were of some comfort to you as they were to me.
