I am very sorry for your loss. But Almighty God, our Heavenly Father, has set up a Kingdom ruled by Christ. (Psalm 83:18; Daniel 2:44) It will begin ruling over the earth soon. In it, we will never have to mourn the loss of our loved ones again. (Rev. 21:4) And John 5:28, 29 tells us that Jesus will call and our lost loved ones will rise again. It will be a happy day when we can welcome them back. I hope this brings you comfort.

We send our love and the joy and peace of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our Father has promised you in His Word, 2 Cor. 12:9, that His Grace is sufficient for you and His power is what gives you strength when you are weak. We bless God that the power of Jesus Christ rests on this entire family.
As you remember a mighty man of God, always reflect on the joy that he was and forever shall be in your hearts. We are interceding for your entire family at this time and we know that the sweet communion of the Holy Spirit will push you through, even this. God bless you and may Heaven forever keep you.

Uncle Tommy was a man of few words. He watched and listened to his family and their enjoyment brought him great joy. In his later years he loved loved loved hanging out with his grand-kids and the noise never bothered him, he actually welcomed the laughter. The greatest compliment he ever gave me was "Deedee you know your stuff ", I guess he meant handling family business. I never knew he was attentively watching. Uncle Tommy rest in the arms of your Father, Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We will miss you but I am happy that you are now in the future of your family not the past. I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one in death is a very hard and traumatic thing to go through. At times you may even feel like there is no hope. But God has made a promise to us for the future, one that can hopefully bring comfort to your family. The scripture that this promise is set out for us is at Isaiah 26:19. The scripture tells us that our dead will live again. I hope you can find comfort from this scripture during this hard time.

My sincere sympathy goes out to the Mills family on your precious loss. I understand the pain of losing loved ones to the sting of death. Three years ago our daughter died and April 21, 2017 my beloved husband of 50 years fell asleep in death.
I would like to share what has helped me to cope. It wasn't just the outpouring of love from the many Congregations across the United States but the reality of what was contained in the Scriptures. Reading about how the Most High God's son Jesus viewed death was indeed comforting: Psalms 83:18 & John 11:11-14. Psalms gives the name of the Most High & the book of John gives Jesus view of death yes, as one Sleeping. Not that one is here or there but is sleeping. And the Scriptures even say where: Daniel 12:2 but I look to the future with complete hope of seeing my loved ones again free from sickness, pain & sorrow: Isaiah 33:24, Revelation 21:3,4. The Scriptures even say where they will be resurrected to & how long we will be together: John 5:28, 29 & Psalms 37:11 & Psalms 37:29.
Well, I hope that just these few Scriptures were of some comfort to you as they were to me.
