Ms. Wanda Faye Carter, age 68 of Fayetteville, NC departed this earthly life on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 11th at 1:00 PM in the Wiseman Mortuary Chapel. Burial: Falling Run Church Cemetery

There will be a viewing on Wednesday, April 10th from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the funeral home.

She is survived by: children, Norman Carter (Leatrice), Thurman Carter (Rebecca), Latorrie Carter (Gerard Robinson); brother, Larry Whitted (Cecelia); six grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
