Asberry Barber Obituary

Retired Army SGT Asberry Barber, age 86 of 722 Stoneykirk Drive, Fayetteville departed this life Thursday, June 6, 2019.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 14th at 12:00 Noon in St. Luke A. M. E. Church. Burial with full military honors will follow in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery. Viewing Friday, June 14th 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the church.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory: wife, Gilda Barber; children Barbara Moore, Alice Harris(John), Chante' Robinson(Lamel), Shaquita L. McCurdy, Kareem Carswell(Chrissy), and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relative and friends.
