David C. Brown, Sr.

David C. Brown Sr., a strong Christian, dedicated family man and owner of the Midway Barbershop, made his transition from this life on Monday, June 18, 2018 after a long illness.  

Home Going service will be held on Friday, June 22, 2018 at 1:00 PM  in the First Baptist Church, 302 Moore Street, Fayetteville, NC. Burial: Monday, June 25th at 10:00 AM in the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.

For over 51 years, David was a very caring, loving and supportive husband to his wife, Gladys, (deceased) and was a provider and wonderful role model for his three children and two grandchildren. David is survived by Joyce B. Parrish, Gregory F. Brown and David C. Brown, Jr. (Terri) and two grandchildren, Dwight Parrish, Jr., (Jalisa) and Candace Parrish. David is also survived by one brother, two sisters, a sister-in-law, a brother-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. 

The visitation will be held Friday, June 22nd from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM at the church.
