Irene's memory continues to be on my heart and mind. I often find myself picking up the phone to call her. Hearing her voice on the voicemails and reading her text messages helps to keep her alive. I pray for peace and I pray that she is resting in the arms of Jesus Christ. Love you sister, with all my heart.

I am very sorry for your loss. However, Almighty God has provided a guarantee of a resurrection to all people in His memory by resurrecting Jesus from the dead. (Psalm 83:18; Acts 17:31) We will be able to see our loved ones again on a restored earth. (Psalm 37:11, 29)  In God’s new Kingdom for which we pray, we will never have to mourn the loss of our loved ones again. (Matt. 6:10; Rev. 21:4) May you trust in God to comfort you until that time. (Prov. 3:5, 6) He is the source of our help. (Psalm 121:1, 2)

I would like to take the opportunity to say "Thank You" to all the kind words shared about my sister. Irene was a jewel and we all were blessed to have her in our lives. I pray that she knew just how much she was loved by so many. Often we forget to take the time to say what we feel. Irene would never let a conversation end without letting you know that she loved you. I pray for peace and continued blessings to all of you.

Aunt Irene,
We are going to miss you. All the talks and words of encouragement you always gave me. The kisses and hugs you gave the kids. The laughter and your beautiful smile. So kind hearted and helpful to everyone. You were a true blessing to me and I love you for always being here for me and having my back. My kids will never forget how good you were to them. I love you so much. Kiss Grandma Lib and Grandma Barbara for me.

To the McNeill Family: She will truly be missed. Her smile, laughter and beautiful spirit has touched so many lives. And, those attributes have put smiles on a lot of our faces. She was always the same every time I seen her at Morganton Road. She really brighten up the place with the way she was so sweet and kind to us all. So many of us loved her and thought very highly of her.
Just know you all are in my thoughts and prayers. I am praying for your strength during this difficult time.

Mom ........ words can't express the pain I'm feeling right now . But I know that you wouldn't want me to be sad and crying . I was so grateful to be blessed to have you as a mom ! Thank you for all the love and support that you gave me . When I needed advice , you always knew what to say . You always sent me encouraging scriptures and songs to go right along with it . I will always cherish the memories that we shared together . From us just spending hours watching Sanford and Son to us always going to Hibachi To eat lol . I will always make it my priority to tell my children how amazing you were . You touched the lives of so many people . Everyone who met you , instantly fell in love . I know that you will be watching down on me every step of the way . I know your up in heaven already talking people's heads off lol . I want you to know that I love you more than words can say ! As you would always tell me "don't lighten up, tighten up!"

Love : Your baby girl aka Bre Mac

I can see you right now coming down the hallway picking at me, telling me how to cut and color my hair. Or you sending me pictures of cute hairstyles to try, or how you always use to compliment me on the way I dressed, and how extremely smart I was. The last time I saw you, you told me you would show me how to cut my hair, so that I would stop wasting money on a barber!! Words can not express how much I will miss you! So sweet, caring, and down to earth. Going to Morganton Road just won't be the same anymore. I love you Ms. McNeil! YOU WILL BE MISSED!!

To the McNeil family I give my deep condolences. Losing a precious loved one to the sting of death is Never easy. I would like share what helped us when our daughter Deidra (Dee) fell asleep in death 3 years ago and now the lost of my precious husband of 50 years.

Oh, how I appreciated the love from the friends & family from the many Congregations across the United States. But, what helped the Most was the gift that the Most High God gave to us, yes the Bible (Psalm 83:18 & 2Timothy 3:16). Contained in that precious Book are His words of comfort & reassurance. Please, notice how God's own son Jesus viewed death at John 11:11-14. Yes, His precious son viewed death as one sleeping and not that they are here or there but just sleeping.

May you look forward to the time of seeing your loved one again in perfect health (John 5:28, 29, Isaiah 33:24 & Psalm 37:11). I hope that you will find time to read these comforting Scriptures.

I deeply understand the lost is great & the pain is real. But, God can give you the strength to endure.

Love & Sympathy sent,
Sissy

You played a very big part in my life. You loved me beyond measure, flaws and all. When I was at my weakest you gave me strength. When I was at my lowest you picked me up. You were a ray of sunshine in everybody life that you came across. There's no doubt about that. I don't know how to go on without you.
