Retired SSG Jerome H. Askew, Sr. age 87, of 3101 Mars Place, Fayetteville NC departed this life on Sunday, November 12, 2017.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 17th at 12 NOON in the First Baptist Church. Burial: Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories: wife, Ida Askew; children, Jerome H. Askew Jr.; brothers, David Askew(Deborah), Bennie Askew(Gloria); sister-in-law, Ruby Askew and a host of other family and friends.
There will be a viewing Thursday, November 16th from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
