Retired Army SGM Joseph Victor Bishop age 87 of 3610 Lakeshore Drive, Hope Mills NC departed this life Thursday July 27, 2017.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 12:00 Noon in First Pentecostal F.W. B. Church. Burial with full military honors will follow in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory: wife, Anne Bishop; children Joseph, Joanne, Jacqueline, Joel Bishop, and Joselyn Evins(Andrew); brother, George Bishop; and five grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 1st from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and the family will receive friends Tuesday 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wiseman Mortuary.
