Joslyn (Buckner) Hamilton

 Joslyn B. Hamilton of Fayetteville North Carolina passed away on 01 June 2017 at 62 years of age. Joslyn was baptized on 1983 by REV Robert Pardo at Beautiful Zion Baptist church in Napoleonville Louisiana.
    Joslyn was born May 17, 1955 to the late Freddie Buckner Jr and Veola Maye Buckner in New Orleans Louisiana.
   She was untied in Holy matrimony to Steven Henry Hamilton SR. To this union three children were born. Renessa, Adrian and Kenesha Hamilton. With this union came four step children: Steven Hamilton Jr, Kimberly Hamilton, Carmen Hamilton Berry and Chakerus Hamilton.
    Joslyn retired from civil service after more than 30 years of service. During her retirement Joslyn became a first time business owner which she had a tremendous source of accomplishment for her and those she left behind.
    Joslyn leaves to cherish her loving husband Steven H. Hamilton SR. Children: Renessa, Adrian, and Kenesha. Step children: Steven JR, Kimberly, Carmen and Chackerus. Brothers: Freddie Buckner and Artie Buckner. Sisters: Merilyn Buckner and Jennifer Austin. Grandchildren: Devante, Brittany, Akil, Steven III, Adriona, Travis, Irie, Chakerus Jr, Cameron, Bahia, Nyssiah, Taya and Shaye. A devoted best friend and Sister Wanda McDonald. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
    Joslyn was preceded in death by her parents Freddie Buckner Jr and Veola Maye Buckner, Sister Rosalind James and niece Charlene Austin.

Funeral services will be held Napoleonville, LA

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 12th from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the home.
