He is survived by: mother, Mary Hackney; daughter, Shantel E.M. Owens; brother, Michael J. Hackney; sisters, Latreesa S. Hackney, Shonda Mack, and Alysha Mack.
There will be a viewing on Friday, September 15th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
