Do you remember Milton's Daily Word? He used to share them with me via email. Sometimes, we would even discussed them.
Cherish your preciois memories of him. As you heal, Allow others to share theirs. May God to continue to wrap you in the warmth of His love and reassurance during this difficult phase of life. Know that we are asking God's blessing upon you.
Love,
Wanda Thames Lawrence and Fannie Mae Thames

Dr. Milton Lock, my friend and brother in the Lord Jesus Christ. I ponder on the many conversations we had and the wisdom you shared and it seem only yesterday we were laughing and sharing how good the Lord is to us. I will miss you dearly. To the family, and all viewing these words. God loan Him to us and allowed us to love such a great man. But God have use for him now in heaven. He's looking on us saying I am in a better place, don't cry for me but rejoice for I lived for this day. I am alright now. It is well. I am with the Lord Jesus Christ.

To all who come be it known that I have lost my best friend, my brother by another father and mother. I know that I will: never study the Word of God or have a cookout with, are take a trip with; or get to go fishing with Milton again on this side, but one day we shall meet again.

My deepest condolences to the family,
May you find some comfort in the Gift that the Most High God has given us, yes His written word the Bible (Psalms 83:18 & 2Timothy 3:16). I would like to share a few Scriptures that helped us to cope when our precious daughter died and recently my beloved husband of 50 years fell asleep in death: (Isaiah 25:8)swallow up death, (Isaiah 33:24)no more sickness, (John 5:28, 29)seeing loved ones again, (2Corinthians 1:3) yes God can comfort us, to deal with present situations. But, He also says where we can see our loved ones again at Psalms 37:11 and how long Psalms 37:29. I hope that these few Scriptures were of some comfort to you as they were to me.
My sincere sympathy,
Sissy

Please except my condolence in the loss of your love one. Phil 4:6, 7 will help you receive the peace of God. John 5:28, 29 gives further assurance Jesus will restore life to those who has died. These are wonderful blessings to look forward to knowing your loved one is in God's memory. Hope this thought brings comfort.
