Mr. Russell Bernard Manuel, age 44 of Raeford, NC departed this life on August 28, 2019.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Beauty Spot Baptist Church. Burial: Lafayette Memorial Park West.

He is survived by: parents, Vernon and Rosa Manuel; brother, Brian J. Manuel and a host of other relatives and friends.

There will be a viewing on Thursday, September 5th from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Beauty Spot Baptist Church.
