Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 2nd at 1:00 PM in the Wiseman Mortuary Chapel. Burial: Rockfish Memorial Park.
He is survived by: mother: Virginia (Billy) Manning; father, Sammie Morrison; father, Kelsey Hannibal; father, Bill Manning; sister, Tijuana Hannibal and a host of other relatives, adopted family and friends.
There will be a viewing Wednesday, May 2nd from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
