Mrs. Shelly D. Segars, age 66 of 1731 Stratford Road Fayetteville NC departed this life on June 14, 2018.

Memorials services will be held in Atlantic City, NJ

She is survived by: husband, Jerald; children: Sacha Taylor-Blades, Ricardo Birch, Mannie Burch, Earl Beiermeistier and Quicha Anderson; brother: Anthony Ward; twelve grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
