Dear Family,
So sorry for the loss of your loved one. The death of a loved one can be very painful no matter what the age but the scripture in Acts 24:15 tells us that we will see our loved ones again in the resurrection. May you find comfort and strength during this difficult time.

My deepest condolences to the Kirk family:
Life indeed does take its turns. And when someone has been around for 63 years and falls asleep in death they have made beautiful memories to cherish. They will be missed. And, my heart aches for you. May you look forward to the Most High God of Comfort fulfilling His promises (Psalms 83:18 & 2Corinthians 1:3, 4).
Notice what He promises: Revelations 21:4 ( No more pain, tears, sorrow or death) and He even says where they are (Daniel 12:2), and the beautiful resurrection hope (John 5:28, 29) and where they will be ( Psalms 37:11) and how long (Psalms 37:29). I hope that these few Scriptures were of some comfort to you as they were to us when our precious daughter fell asleep in death and recently my beloved husband of 50 years fell asleep in death. I truly understand the deep pain of losing a loved one.

Please hold onto those precious promises yes, seeing our loved ones again in perfect health (Isaiah 33:24).
My deep deep heartfelt sympathy,
Sissy

It is natural for your heart to be broken at such a time as this. May I offer you reassurance of comfort in knowing that you are never alone. God knows and will supply your needs. Take the time to mourn in the manner that is needed by each of you, but never forget to share your precious memories of Veterine, allow family and friends to share your burden by accepting their comfort, and trust God for your healing. We are praying for you.

Dear Kirk Family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. Times like this can be very difficult to deal with. At times, you may feel like there is no one to turn to. You may even feel like no one understands your pain. But there is one person we can turn to that can help us through all of our trials. Yes, God can help you during this difficult time. Pray to him constantly and he will help you. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4 Isa. 26:19)

Aunt Kitten,

My last thoughts to you on this side. My hurt tapped me on the shoulder to remind me of you.
ROMANS 8:18
Now we know that if the earthly tent we live in is dismantled, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands.

Some time ago Cain killed Able it would seem as if death had won.
Noah escaped the flood but he still passed and it seemed as death had won.
Isaiah was a prophet who could see thousands of miles and light years away into the voice of GOD; still he passed and it look like death had won.
Hanukkah was close to GOD and he spoke truth to power. Still no matter how close he was with GOD, he passed. It would seem once again that death had won.

We have seen many pass through over the ages, some family and others friends. It would seem in our pain that death had beaten our tents.

Yet the last of these was a man from Galilee. His body being a tent exactly like ours. He passed on an old rugged cross….his tent was
beaten; his body tattered and torn but thats not where it all stops. It would seem again as if death had won but ONE SUNDAY MORNING LOVE GOT in the ring to fight for us all.
LOVE fought for you too. We are trying our best to understand GOD doesn’t leave us in a tent but HE loves us enough to build us a building. Love wins Aunt Kitten. Life shook your tent as you staked it into what you believed to be a home in Eastover. You came back to what you believed to be home. GOD has a building ready for you in a real home and LOVE awaits your arrival. Until we meet again….I love you.
