Wendell A. Owens, age 46 of 117 Trailwood Drive Fayetteville, NC departed this life on Tuesday, October 10, 2017.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 14th at 1:00 PM in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses on Judson Church Road. Burial: Rockfish Memorial Park.

He is survived by: wife, Vanissa Owens; children, Maya Owens, Westley Owens, Wyron Owens and Venice Wilburn; parents, William and Mary Ann Owens; brothers, William Owens Jr. (Monica), Watonia A. Owens (LaMonica); sisters, Wilma Owens Hillman, Wendy A. Owens, Walonda A. Owens and a host of other relatives and friends.

There will be a viewing held on Friday, October 13th from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Wiseman Mortuary; the family will receive friends at the home of his parents, 2105 Custer Avenue, Fayetteville, NC.
