Ms. Dionne R. Bulter, age 60 of Fayetteville, NC departed this life on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.

Graveside Service will be held on November 27th at 12:00 PM at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.

She leaves to mourn: son, Gregory Butler, Jr.(Genevieve Butler); brother, Mitchell McNeill; sister, Helen McNeill; two grandsons, Wesley Butler and Darnell Wade; and a host of other relatives and friends.

There will be a viewing on Monday, November 27th from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the funeral home.
