Dr. Ruby Lee (Shields) Kelly

Dr. Ruby Lee Shields Kelly, age 76 of Fayetteville, NC departed this life on September 20, 2022.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park West.

Viewing Monday, September 26, 2022 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Wiseman Mortuary.

She is survived by:  daughters, Ronda Kelly Starwood and Robianna Kelly Tucker (Mondale);  siblings, Josephus Shields (Phyllis), John Price (Stephon), John Louis Dobbins, Jestine Lyles, Joann Shields and Shirley Shields; grandchildren, Vincent Starwood, Jr and Carrington Tucker; great grandchildren, Khalil, Makayla and Ava Starwood and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 6555 Amanda Circle, Fayetteville NC.
