Francis Palmer Obituary

Mr. Francis Lee Palmer, age 70 of Fayetteville NC departed this life on November 5, 2023.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 17th at 3:00 PM in the Wiseman Mortuary Chapel. Burial: Monday, November 20th at 10:00 AM in the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.

He is survived by: mother, Leoma Palmer; siblings, Cassie Palmer Reed and Tina Palmer Tillman; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

There will be a viewing on Friday, November 17th from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
