Mr. Franklin West Stocks, Sr., age 88 of Fayetteville, NC departed this life on May 21, 2023.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 27th at 11:00 AM in the Wiseman Mortuary Chapel

There will be a viewing on Saturday, May 27th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.

Burial: McNeill Family Cemetery

He is survived by: children, Barbara Leon (Ray K. Leon), Linda McCall (George), Victoria Perkins; siblings, Hesper Smith, Oscar Stocks; seven grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
