Gary Draper

Garry Lee Draper Jr., age 50 of Fayetteville, North Carolina, formerly of Turnersville, New Jersey passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 in Fayetteville.

He was born on March 27, 1971 in New Jersey to Garry and Kathleen (Mullen) Draper.
Garry lived most of his life in New Jersey graduating high school and earning two associate degrees.  He was employed by the Food Lion Distribution Center in Fayetteville.

Surviving is his father, Garry Sr. and stepmother Sharon of Hillsdale , Michigan, step sister Vicki (Chad) Hinshaw of Angola, Indiana,nieces and nephews and his beloved companion, his dog Gracie.  Garry was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen, sister Teresa Fisher, grandparents and step brother, Mike Lofton.

Cremation has taken place. No services are planned at this time.  Arrangements are entrusted to Wiseman Funeral Home, Fayetteville, North Carolina.

As we travel on our journey through life, we all make memories.  As you remember Garry I hope you smile. Please think of Garry as someone who cared, cared about people, cared about animals, cared about the environment and politics and its effect on future generations.  He cared!   Never lose contact with those you love and those who love you.  Be caring. Be kind. Be giving.
