Ms. Iris Duwane Andrews, age 65 of Winston Salem NC departed this life on January 15, 2022

Funeral services will be held on Saturday January  29, at 12:30 PM  at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church. Burial: Rockfish Memorial Park

There will be a viewing on Saturday, January 29th from 11:30 AM  to 12:30 PM  at the church.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory a host of cousins and friends.

Help Us Grow the Iris Duwane Andrews Memorial Scholarship Endowment Created in loving memory of Iris Duwane Andrews by her family and friends to assist in the opportunity for a deserving student to further their education at Iris’s alma mater, Hampton University. What is a scholarship endowment? A scholarship endowment is a charitable fund managed by Cumberland Community Foundation that helps provide a path to higher education for Cumberland County students both now and for future generations! This scholarship will be awarded to students who are planning to attend Hampton University, with a preference for students from Terry Sanford High School with demonstrated financial need.
