Mr. Leroy Chisolm, Jr. age 80 of 2021 Penrose Drive Fayetteville NC departed this life on January 11, 2021.
SGM (RET) Leroy (Chick) Chisolm Jr. deceased on January 11, 2021 peacefully in his home surrounded by family. Leroy is a native of Charleston, SC, served in the Army for 30 years and retired in Fayetteville. He leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Annie Nesbitt Chisolm, 3 children, 13 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Leroy Chisolm Jr. died at the age of 80 and was a true legend in his time.
Viewing is open to the public and will reside on Wednesday, January 13th from 1-5 pm and Thursday, January 14th 9 am- 1:30 pm at Wiseman Funeral Home. Due to COVID restrictions, the service is private and by invitation only and will be held on Thursday, January 14th at 2 p.m. Burial will be at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Fort Bragg, NC.
