RET. USAF TSGT Larice D. Carter, age 45 of Hampton, VA formerly of Fayetteville NC departed this life on October 26, 2023.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 7th at 11:00 AM in the Wiseman Mortuary Chapel.

He is survived by: mother, Shirley(Lee) Bethea; children, Tayevion Williams and Tyla Carter; sisters, Tina (Phillip) Vince and LaTasha Gillis; grandmother, Norma Carter and a host of other relatives and friends.

There will be a viewing on Tuesday, November 7th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
