Obituary

Rev. Dr. Philip Ashby Blair, age 56 of Kinston, NC departed this life Monday, September 4, 2023.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 15th at 12:00 PM at St. Luke African Methodist Episcopal Church in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

There will be a viewing on Thursday, September 14th from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Wiseman Mortuary.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory: daughter, Katherine Whitfield; son, Calvin Terrell Harris; siblings, Alfred B. Dokes (Nicole), Dametria "Mickey" Brooks and Angelina Dokes and a host of other relatives and friends.
