Retired Navy Sr. Chief Petty Officer William James McMillan Jr. age 63 of Chetumal Mexico formerly of Fayetteville departed this life Monday, October 25, 2021.

Graveside service with military honors will be held on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 12:00 Noon at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by parents Mary Helen McMillan and William James McMillan Sr.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory: wife, Natalie McMillan; children, Shanon Lee, Shaunell McMillan and Alisha McMillan Flemings (Ernest); siblings, Curtis McMillan, Carolyn Williams, Barbara Tibbs (James), Bryan McMillan and Stephanie Taylor (Maurice); eight grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
