William Merritt

Mr. William Henry Merritt age 85 of Fayetteville departed this life on Saturday, September 11, 2021.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 18th at 11:00AM in Wiseman Mortuary Chapel. Burial to follow at Rockfish Memorial Park.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories wife: Georgia Fennell Merritt; children: William (Marcia) Merritt Jr., Georgenna (Calvin) Jones, Anita (Thaddeus) Merritt-McNeil and Angela  Merritt (Jay) Geter; siblings: Bishop Richard Williams, Bertha  Lucille Merritt and Lovey Lewis; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 18th from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at Wiseman Mortuary.
