To the family ...
Although I did not know Derek personally, I heard nothing but wonderful things about him from his co-workers and supervisors, as I work for Adams in the Greensboro office.
He apparently touched many lives and was a magnet for other people. They have spoken of his humor, work ethic, and all-around good nature. Please know we are all praying for your family.

So sad to hear of the death of your loved one. What sadness when a young loved one is gone! We were not meant to suffer and die. Jehovah intended for us to live forever. Look forward to the day when he will stand up in the resurrection John 11:25, and never die again. May the God of comfort give you comfort at this time. RIP

My condolences to to the family during this unimaginably difficult time. Death is never a natural experience. God views it as an enemy and even Jesus wept when arriving at Lazarus' grave. May you all find comfort in the Bible and the promised resurrection spoken of at John 5:25,28,29.… jw.org
