I am sorry to hear of the passing of Mitchell Melvin. I wanted to express my sincere condolences and to also share some thoughts with you that gave me comfort when I lost a family member in death. The faithful man Job asked at Job 14:14, "if an able-bodied man dies, can he live again? His question is answered by Jesus at John 5:28,29, "do not marvel at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." Jesus was relaying a promise from his Heavenly Father (Psalms 83:18) who Titus 1:2 says is a "God who cannot lie," so we know these future blessings will come true. I truly hope his words will bring you a measure of comfort to help you through this difficult period.
