To the Lucas Family....I am so sorry for your loss...Mr Lucas was an amazing teacher. I was a student of his for 8th grade English, and was just talking about him within the last month. Always wanted to see him again. I am the student that he got the little white Spitz dog from. Again, my condolences to his family and friends.

My deepest sympathies for the family of Mr. Lucas. Not only was he my principal in 7th grade but he was also the first principal I worked for. He hired me for my first teaching position at Spring Lake Middle School. He was a great person and will never be forgotten. I am grateful for being able to know and work with him.

My condolences to the family...Mr Lucas was my principal at South View Middle School. He was strict but meant well. He always wanted you to see the better side of a situation. I remember Nr. LUCAS from school. He was strict didn't play the radio but was fair. We all loved him and he had an impact on my life. I am so sorry about his passing but he left his mark with alot of his fellow stud5. I will continue to pray that God give you all the strength to make it threw this trying time. My condolences.

My deepest condolences to the family of Leon Lucas. He was an Asst. Principal at South View High School when I worked there, before he was assigned to another school. He really made a difference with the young men that I taught, because he often would encourage them in any way that he saw fit. This included giving them a ride home when necessary, offering them items of clothing and even giving them advice on how they could make it, relating his struggles to theirs. Matthew 25:21 says in part, "Well done..". May the family remember him with joy and his long educational service, rejoicing that he made a name for himself. Proverbs 22:1. Rest in Peace sir. Much respect.
