I offer my heartfelt condolences to Gladys and the Melvin family and friends of Roscoe. When death robs us of someone we love very much, it causes much sadness and grief. Our loving heavenly Father gives us hope at Revelations 21: 4 says: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." Isaiah 33:24 guarantees us: "And no resident will say "I am sick," ever again. May these promises from Jehovah God (Psalm 83:18) bring you comfort. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 11:23-25)

To know Roscoe was to know a sincere person. He was one with whom you could talk and know that you could be yourself. I also remember his laughter. May these thoughts comfort you as God continues to wrap you in His loving care. Know that your loss is great, but Roscoe's gain is greater. Let God and friends comfort and sustain you. Share the love that Roscoe shared with you.
Love,
Wanda R. Thames Lawrence

To the families and loved ones of Mr. Melvin, who we know will be dearly missed. Almighty God promise at Revelation 21:4, that he will wipe away all our tears. And death, pain, and sorrow will be no more. So you can take great comfort in drawing close to God in prayer. And he will sustain and help support your families to endure, during these difficult times. My deepest condolences to all of your loved ones.
