Being part of the Placerville crowd, Tanya and I met in 1977. I knew at our first meeting that we would be good friends. Her humor, her appreciation of fine literature (and disdain for printed garbage), and her eccentricity were delightful. Her art work was exceptional. And she had a knack for coming up with the best names for cats of anyone I know. I love her and will miss her. My belated condolences to her family, and to all the rest of the old gang.

The word is just now getting around to Tanya's passing. She had lots of friends in Placerville and the surrounding area. Those years in Placerville were amazing, and she always talked about the good times with the friends there. As most of you know, she was an amazing artist and had a clever sense of humor.
She will be missed by a lot of people, especially me.

A beautiful girl and although I didn't know her personally, we were in humanities class at FAHS. Over the years I have looked at her picture and hoped she was living a good life. She just seemed to represent the beauty and wonder of that time. My condolences to all who knew and loved her. I hope your memories your time with her ease the pain of your loss.

I knew Tanya from my years at Frankfurt American High School. I had not been in touch with her in the intervening years but am sad to hear of her passing. My memories of her was that she was kind, gentle and a free spirit. My condolences to her family and friends.
