Our deep condolences to the Patterson Family: May you find some comfort from the Most High God's written word the Bible (Psalms 83:18 & Revelation 21:3, 4). There are so many words of comfort contained in the Bible. But, We would like to share what helped us during our time of great loss: John 11:11-14 yes God's son Jesus viewed death in such a comforting way, as one sleeping. And, Daniel chapter 12 verse 2 ties in so well. That Scripture gives one hope of everlasting life & seeing their Loved One again in perfect health on a cleansed earth as well as John 6:40. And these Scriptures also, tie in with this encouraging hope which is found in Isaiah 33:24 & Psalms 37:29. We hope that these few Scriptures will bring a measure of peace to you in this very very difficult time. Our sincere sympathy, Sissy

To Rosa and family of Mr. Patterson. My deepest sympathy to you and yours. Mr. Patterson lived a full, busy life. I remember going to South View High with Rosa and her discussing her daddy and his abilities. May the words of comfort from the Bible aid you at this difficult time. 2 Corinthians 1:2,3 and 4 tells us there i peace from the God of all comfort. Look to the resurrection hope as mentioned by Jesus Christ, where you look forward to seeing him again, healthy and fresh as we were meant to be eternally.

To The Patterson family, my prayer is for you all to have strength during this your time of bereavement. You were so blessed to have your dad with you for such a lengthy period. How I long for the days when life was so simple, I remember the times when we were children your mom had a business in downtown Fayetteville and so did your dad. We as children did not have a care in the world. I believe that one day we will be able to enjoy that serene, peaceful and joyous life again. God promised us all that if we except the death burial and resurrection of His Son Jesus Christ. That we will all meet again, and I trust that my God, Your God and Our God has it all worked out. Keep the FAITH sisters and as our dear Pastor Edwards said during my parents Eulogy, Rest on Deacon Patterson! but you can't crown him until we get there!!!
