Hey Auntie!! Wednesday 5/27/15 a spirit came and whispered your name in my ear. I didn't understand why your name was given to me that day. But the next night I then knew God was letting me know he was calling you. I just didn't think it would be that fast.
I remember the last time I saw you you had a big smile on your face as always and you always told me I was beautiful and to stay in school.
Even though you aren't here with us physically your warm and loving smile will always be in my heart and thoughts.
I love you Auntie and please watch over us and your great-great maybe great niece or nephew I shall bring into the world for you.
Love you Auntie and I shall see you Saturday to get my last hug & kiss from you. πππ·π·πΊπΊ

Brother Thompson, weeping may endure for a night, but joy will come in the morning. Just know, I understand your heavy heart, but know, God will help you to endure today and the days to come. You are to be commended for the care and untiring support you displayed during your Mother's illness . You are a "good son"". My prayers are with you and your family. God bless you and may his tender mercies wrap you. Your sister in Christ, Stephanie McLean

My deepest condolences and sympathy to the entire Thompson family. Sister Thompson was a spiritual pillar at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church during my youth. She was instrumental in holding together the Junior Choir, of which I was a member. She was often a passenger in my family car on many a Wednesday and Sunday, as my grandparents, Deacon Evander and Sister Vida McArthur, would make sure she had transportation to church. She was a friend to my grandmother, and they had MANY a conversation on the phone....weekly! Her testimonies on the First Sundays were always full of Jesus Joy! She was a spiritual and prayer warrior....and she will be missed! Be blessed and encouraged, Thompson Family...and Know that Sister Mamie Thompson made a difference. It mattered that she was born...and lived.
