James W. Jackson, Sr.

Mr. James William Jackson, Sr., age 94 of 1245 Vass Road Spring Lake, NC departed this life on May 26, 2017.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 1st at 12:00 Noon in the Bethel AME Zion Church in Spring Lake,NC.  Burial:  Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.

He is survived by:  wife, Willieteen; children, James (Angela) Jackson, Jr., Mary (Rev. Kenneth) Wells, Susie (Clifford) Brown, David (Ethel) Jackson, Benjamin (Jacqueline) Jackson, Gregory Jackson and Cecilia (Meredith) Campbell; six grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.

There will be a viewing on Wednesday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home; the family will receive friends at the home.
